Meal Prep

Join me for a couple of hours Friday January 25th to learn some tips and tricks to meal prep. I will show you how to prepare my favorite breakfast options when you need to eat on the run or have something ready fast!

We will also talk about mindful eating techniques to help us be more aware of our fullness sensor, to eat when we are hungry not bored, and how to slow down and truly taste and enjoy our food!

Lastly, determine if you would benefit from a good supplement regimen.

Food samples, recipes, laughs, and a deeper connection to our food and eating habits.

Space is limited so please contact me to secure your spot. $5 per person to cover materials for meal prep demonstration.

If you have it, bring the following: small cutting board, chefs knife or the knife you use to cut up veggies, plastic container or baggies, questions!
