Yoga Curious Series:
Always wanted to try yoga but were too nervous to step into a class? This 6 Class Yoga Curious series is your answer.
We will meet twice per week on Monday and Thursdays at 5:30PM for 60 minutes of asana(yoga pose) breakdown. We will grow your practice so that you feel comfortable attending any of our regular yoga classes.
Learn alignment, pose modifications that suit your unique and amazing body, and yoga breathing techniques(pranayama).
Having a regular yoga practice you will experience side effects like: better sleep, focus, energy and an overall sense of wellbeing. $60 for the series. Or $12 drop in.
